Z Axis Problem
Hi all.
I have installed 2 moon 0.9 step motors on the Z axis. My leadscrews have 2mm pitch. On the calculator, I get 3200 steps per mm.
If I enter M92 z3200 on the firmware, I get huge grinding noises and Z axis doesn't home (Sensor didn't trigger error). If I enter any value between 1600-2500, I get silence, z homing, but no Z calibration.
What am I doing wrong?

are you sure the leadscrew is 2mm pitch? many 8mm lead screws are 4 start 8mm pitch. if you measure from tooth to tooth, this may look like 2mm pitch
It's worth re trying the calculator with 8mm pitch...
