Y Axis Problems

So i got my mk3 kit 3+ years ago, have 90+ days of nearly flawless print time. But as of recently my bed wont go into the correct positon when trying to home, but if manually set prints will work fine. and it has picked up a somewhat consistent layer shift due to the bed. my belts also will not read the correct tensions i can have the belt so loose it wont even grab on the drive gear to so tight i can barely put it on and i get a range of 180-215.

Ive spent probly a collective 5+ hours with prusa support trying numerous things and none of them have worked, ive reassembled the enitre bed, replaced bearings, factory reset my machine, tried numerous firmwares and nothing has solved the problems and its starting to get frustrating.

Any help would be appreciated

Use a belt tension gauge.

If you overtighten the bearing holders (x and y) you get the problems you are describing.  Also, the control panel can show you drag - not belt tension.  Print a belt tension gauge out of Prusament PETG (must be) and go to mid sweet spot.  Loosen your bearing squeezers.
