Y axis crash errors, X axis layer shifts
I have a newly built Mk3 and yesterday did a 12 hour print of Prusa enclosure parts using Hatchbox PETG. I had layer shifts on the X axis, and stats showed three crash detections on the Y axis. Since there are three errors on Y, and three layer shifts on Z, I have to believe they are related.
Slicing was done with Slic3r Prusa Edition. Firmware 3.2.1-576
I have checked the grub screws on the pulleys as is mentioned in several threads and they were good.
There were no nearby objects to impeded the Y axis.
What am I doing wrong and/or what might otherwise be the problem?

I am having similar issues, I am seeing intermittent x axis shifts (around 1mm shift). I will take a picture and upload after the current print is complete.
