xyz calibration loose y.0

I assembled my MK3 a few days ago, I made 2 excellent prints.

The 3rd started very well, but on the 1st layer, when the y axis is at the top, the machine lost its y.0 and then took its current y position as y.0.

I tried to redo the calibration, but it lost its y.0 too.

You can check my video: .

I tried to reset the machine in factory reset.

I tried to re-flash and even to do a downgrade the firmware, got same result.

i re-wired my board 3 times.... no luck...

any suggestions please

Re: xyz calibration loose y.0

I just had the same thing happen to me. First day of printing went fine but the last print of the day the Y axis was off, so this morning I decided to calibrate with the wizard again and got the same thing you did, but the improving bed calibration wasn't as far off as yours. I even flashed the firmware again with no luck. Did you ever resolve the problem?

I solved my problem. The thermistor cable on the bottom of the heat bed, step 7.5 Proper cable management, was catching on the frame causing the Y axis to get stuck during the calibration. Once I relocated the cable everything worked fine.
