XYZ calibration failed. Please consult the manual.

Hello

My mk3s started layer shifting a few days ago, so as a first step of debugging I did a self check wich was fine, than an xyz calibriration, wich is failing ever since. I  checkd all the screws and nuts i could, upgraded the firmware, removed the nylock mod, and changed the pinda to a super pinda, since changeing it during the calibration the nozle started to ramm in to the bed, also I checkd the probe hight, with the ziptie as the manuel suggests.

The calibration always fails after the 4th point with this message:
"XYZ calibration failed. Please consult the manual."

Apart from also changing the bed, or completely take the printer apart, what else can I check or do?
Im kinda out of ideas.

THX for the help in advance.

The obvious first question:
Did you connect new superpinda correctly?

Prusa i3 MK3S+ FW 3.11.0 (kit dec -20), PrusaSlicer 2.6.1+win64, Fusion 360, Windows 10

I do hope so since  it can only be inserted one way. Also maybe I may wrote it unclear, (english is not my first language sry) it dose detect the bed correctly, just goes a bit to down during the calibration and trouches the bed.

Layer shift

Layer shifting for me is usually something to do with the bearings or grub screws.  Check for give in you axis, but that ally cause poor quality and not layer shifts.

Layer shift

I did check those and the y axis belt is in bad shape, not busted, but still. The grub screws were tight and the bearings moved freely.
My problem is it still not explaining why the xyz calibration fails, and only after the 4th point.

Also I moved the pinda a bit down and the bed ramming stopped so that was my fault.
