XYZ calibration fail after replacing print head.

I have searched.  I have talked to live chat.  I have ripped my printer apart and put it back together and still cannot get XYZ calibration to run.  MK3s+

This all started after my print head melted on me.  My printer is under warranty and Prusa sent me a new hot end.  I had the various print head parts printed out of ASA as a planned upgrade sitting in my drawer.  Since I replaced the items, I have not gotten the printer to pass calibration.  I spent over an hour on live chat with no success as they confirmed I had assembled everything correctly.  Now writing up an email but it make take days to get an answer and there are a couple of things I would like to get printed before next weekend as a deadline.

Still using 3.10 firmware.

My printer was a kit so I pulled things apart and reassembled them multiple times.  I have measured what I can and everything looks and measures well within the specs according to the assembly guide.  Re-lubricated all the bearings and adjusted the belts.  (On this note, the recommended PETG gauge gives me a high reading if I run the belt test built into the firmware.)

I have run the XYZ calibration so many times, I can almost pick the times in my mind when it is going to change positions.  It fails after the 4/4 point with a generic answer to look at the manual.  Looking at the Knowledge Base, I came across an article about looking at the Support > XYZ Calibration data which I have but I don't think it gets updated if there is a failure as I have done multiple tests and the numbers stay the same, even when I made adjustments.

I am at a loss on what to check.  Printer was purchased in March and worked well until the print head issue.

Is there a way to get data using PronterFace of the calibration to help point in the correct direction, other than just watching the numbers on the screen?  I did a search and came up with some dead links but were years old so may not have helped.

RE: XYZ calibration fail after replacing print head.

If you could give video we could help also try firmware 3.11 that works good and does not have thermal anomaly in

Please help me out by downloading a model it's free and easy but really helps me out https://www.printables.com/@Hello_474427/models

RE: XYZ calibration fail after replacing print head.

Upgraded to 3.13 today and it still fails.  Not sure what a video would show about the XYZ calibration.  The printer just goes through the four points and reports a fail and says to look at the manual.  The thermal model is supposed to prevent the the overheating from a failing thermistor problem that started this headache.

Ran XYZ calibration through Pronterface (M45 20)  today which gave me some numbers.  These numbers are from a second test after trying to adjust the build plate and updating the firmware.  Didn't make any difference.  I need to look at the numbers closer to understand what they mean and where to look.  Now if I know what the centres are supposed to be, then it would give a good idea.  I may be able to calculate them once i have looked closer.

After today's tests and the reading last night, I suspect that the belts may be the issue.  I had adjusted the belts using the recommended gauge from the forum and when running the built in belt test, the numbers showed that the belts were too tight.  Presently there are set according to the belt test.  Might adjust to the gauge and see if that changes the numbers.

I cannot think of any reason that over heating of the print head would cause the printer to go out of alignment.  The print head melting wasn't anything close to the X belt but looking at a GT belt design manual, the temperature should be under 85 degrees and there is a good chance that the print head was over 300 degrees even though it was reading 230 degrees.

I have to walk away from this and get some other work done.  Hopefully Prusa will respond soon.
