XYZ calibration error

Hi

I recently upgraded firmware to 3.13.0. For unrelated reasons I need to run full setup wizard, however at the end of XYZ calibration the whole Z assembly rams in to the bed. See video pelow:

I contacted Prusa Support, we ran through things like not connected wires to PINDA sensor placement. Nothing seems to help. Right now I'm downgrading to previous versions of the firmware.
In the meantime, has anyone any ide what is going on?

Thanks for the answers in advance 🙂

Can't help but wonder if those "unrelated reasons" are perhaps related after all?

They are not, because the fact that going from firmware 3.13.0 to 3.12.3 without changing anything else made XYZ calibration succeed. In the latest version after 4'th point the Z assembly only moves up about 1 cm, where in 3.12.3 it goes to the limit. So I thin this is a software bug.

I did:
Before:
Before lowering
After (it's about 0.5 mm lower):

It didn't help in firmware version 3.13.0, but that changed in 3.12.3.

So it seems like it is a software bug in 3.13.0, could somebody do the same test to verify my claim?

RE: XYZ calibration error

Hi have the same issue,

currenty on 3.13.0

purchase MK3s+ KIT about 3 months ago

just completed assembly 2 days ago,

run full setup wizard, however at the end of XYZ calibration the whole Z assembly rams in to the bed,

checked on the pinda connections on the EinsyRambo board

check connections for the z axis on both left and right drives

problem still persist,

how ever performing the XYZ calibration without goring trough the wizard, works

after that i did do a test print and the printer was working with no issues

i agree with MrJW, it could be a bug

Exactly same problem here. (Hole punched in the steel sheet.)
I switched back to 3.11.
Which steps are done in the wizard in order to go through the Calibration manually?
