X-axis binding?
My X-axis seems to be binding. Around the center point it will just pause and then keep moving. No issues when going to the left. I believe this is causing false crash failures. I replaced the bearings and rods (lubed with super lube) but the issue persists.

This is the normal behavior of the X axis when you perform a belt tension test. Pause midway going from left to right and no pause coming back to the left. Nothing to worry about. False crash failures have nothing to do with this.
Instead, if you notice weird pauses during a regular printing job, that's a real problem,
