hello, we bought the prusa like one or two month ago.
when im doing a pre heat to the hot end and the bed. all is warming up nicely.
but when im trying to print , the board is restarting!

Did you update the printer firmware? If the problem persists nevertheless, I'd re-format the SD Card after saving the content and would use a new set of files downloaded from Prusa's website.

ok, time has passed
the problem keep coming back!
I formatted the SD card, Changed the SD card, Updated the Firmware
and still, once in a while I come back, and see the printer stuck in the middle of the print with the hot end on the print with the temp on!!!!!! luckily a fire never started!!!!
in addition , when I try to print again through the SD , after turning off the power for the night (the printer), when I try to print, the machine is doing a reset , its randomly. sometimes it happn and sometime it don't!!!
please help me, im frustrated

Have you contacted support via the online chat? Log into the estore using the account you used to purchase the printer and go through it with them.

Look in the forum on how to reset the settings in the printer.
After that you have a printer like it is new, so you need to do xyz calibration.
