what am i doing wrong with my heater cartridge?
My heater cartridge broke so I ordered the white e3d 24v 40w one from matter hackers. on the prusa store it says that you need 24v and 40w for the mk3s, but i plugged the cartridge in and it doesn't heat up. did i order the wrong cartridge? is the matterhackers one not compatible, or maybe something is wrong with my einsy?

There is a fuse for the heating channel on the Einsy. It is the same type used in vehicles, so you can inspect it visually.
It is also possible that the mosfet on the board is blown. So also inspect the einsy visually and olfactory.

I checked, one of the fuses was blown. I replaced it and then it started to work!
