weird sounds while printing
Good day,
my printer started to make weird sounds while printing, this is the first time I'm not familiar with that. My printer is MK3S+ with 0.6mm micro swiss nozzle, print layer 0.15mm default detail profile
can you help me with that.
We'll need some sort of recording to diagnose...
Cheerio,
RE: weird sounds while printing
i already added them does it not show up?
what other methods should I use
RE: weird sounds while printing
Sounds normal to me. Just the printer sending coded messages to space aliens in advance of their invasion. The sounds will get weirder depending on your print. Stepper motors having a party, or some such, perhaps.
Printer on a heavy paver stone, on sorbothane feet (or something to absorb vibrations) will make it largely go away if it bothers you. Didn't bother me, but drove my wife nuts.

Donât trust forum advice.
OK, it's shown up now. It sometimes takes a while with first posts...
That doesn't sound too bad but run through the basic lubrication and belt tensions checklists and see if it helps.

Cheerio,

The printer actually "vibrates" quite a bit, and it is a sound I heard when I had it on the kitchen table, for example.
What helped a lot with dampening the sound was having the printer on a foam/cement tile platform. Like how CNC describes it here
