Weird Problems .. MK3S first layer ..etc ..
Have an MK3S, my 12th or 13th, and this one has been a problem from pretty much day one ..
Having 2 different but maybe related problems..at this point I am scratching my head
First, having sticking problems on first layer with smooth sheet and textured, rarely touch textured anymore, normally only on petg and this printer is too unreliable to even try that anymore..
Have reclaibrated, rerun wizards, run first layer too many times to count, cleaned sheets with alcohol, acetone, soap water, etc .. Half the time I will get through the first layer and then all is well.. perfect prints, but often it fails to get first layer down and filament comes up and print must be stopped .. 50-50 proposition these days
If I get the first layer down, all is well.. 20+ hour prints, multiple pieces, all are ok..
Like I said, have cleaned, replaced sheets with new ones, you name it, done .. Currently running my Live Z a liitle tighter than other machines, but like said, once 1st layer is down, all is good, and tighter seems to help improve percentage
2nd problem is intermittent MINTemp Bed problems.. again have checked all, all connections seem good.. just happens once in a while.. ordered some new parts to try replacing thermistor and tape under bed.. einsy board connection is good .. but at this point ..
Not sure if I have a lemon, machine just doesn't like me or it has gone Republican.. ready to just disconnect it and give it to someone I dislike ..
Any thoughts?

I would keep it for parts and order another

I'm now having similar strange problems with my MK3S after replacing the hot end. It made one gorgeous print with PETG, and then PETG refused to stick. Firmware version 3.9.2
It started giving me X-axis length errors during Self Test, too.
I got frustrated and let it sit for a week. Fired it up, and it appeared to pass self test, but the display was scrambled.
Wondering if the Einsy is getting flaky? Or, if we're dealing with a microcode issue.
