Weird adhesion problem
Hi,
I now have a textured powder coated steel sheet from Prusa and I came across a weird issue: if I clean my steel sheet with IPA 99% then the adhesion is bad. The first few layers everything looks fine but then it starts to lose adhesion.
I then clean it with azeton and everythings is good again. I can print for many hours and not losing adhesion.
It disturbes me a bit because on my MK2S and on the stickered steel sheet I always used denatured alcohol from the grocery store without any problems.
Any ideas what is happening here? (Live-Z is good! Maybe a little bit too deep).
Greetings Christoph
Re: Weird adhesion problem
What material you print of? ABS? Nylon? ASA? for everyone mentioned i increase bed temperature to 110°C and fix it. I use only soap, or aceton.

Materials: ABS; ASA; PETG; PET; PLA; Nylon; Nylon Carbon; CPE;
SW: Freecad 0.18; Slicer PE And still generating more troubles than whole forum together.
Re: Weird adhesion problem
I only print PLA and sometimes PETG.
Re: Weird adhesion problem
Try to increase bed temperature a little bit (10%). Maybe a hotend temp. too. You need more runny fillament to leak into sandy surface.

Re: Weird adhesion problem
But why does it stick for many hours after I clean it with azeton?
It only stops to adhere after I cleaned the bed with IPA like it was shown in the introduction video from Prusa.
