Upgraded to 3.9 bricked my Prusa?

I had just upgraded to latest Slicer driver (2.30) , created some new G-Codes and went to print them. Gave me the new firmware message indicating i had to update my firmware. So I did like I normally do (3.90 firmware) and when I was done the printer kept showing "Heating............." but the nozzle or the bed would not go beyond 20 degrees.  I tried a new print and same thing. Turned it off and when I turned it back on it said recovering print but still stays in this heating loop. Couldnt cancel the print?, Tried a factory reset same thing. Tried going back to the older firmware and slicer same thing. Now it's not even showing the Temp of the nozzle its just gone, still "Heating........." but I can't cancel print, start a new one or heat or anything. Not sure what to do next. Any help would be appreciated or even how to get in touch with someone at Prusa to figure out what went wrong and how I can fix it, if I can.

Try slicing something using the default Prusa Mk3 profile without your custom start gcode. If that works, post your startup gcode here (or a 3MF file zipped with your setttings) and we can take a look.

Also, try printing one of the pre-sliced models that came on your SD card. If that works, nothing is fundamentally wrong with the printer.

@bobstro

It appears that deleting all the files on the memory card and throwing a fresh one in there has solved my issue. fingers crossed! Thanks!
