Update Mk3 firmware without using PrusaSlicer

Don't have a 64 bit PC in the area where the Prusa Mk3 Printer can be accessed. PrusaSlicer-2.0.0+linux64-201905201652 will not run on a 32 bit linux machine that is in the area where it can be connected to the printer .How does one update firmware on a Mk3 without using the PrusaSlicer program. I don't own a Windows computer so not an option to try the listed 32 bit for it.

A raspberry pi 3B will do it via octoprint and the firmware flasher plugin.

Will that plug-in work using the Arduino module, as is?
