Under Extrusion? Happening on 2x Mk3s+ Units

Picture attached of the issue. This looks like under extrusion. I hear no "clicks" during the prints either.

Background
On both units I have:
-Fully disassembled the Extruders
-Re aligned the gears
-Replaced the PTFE Tube
-Cleaned/ColdPull the Heat break+Nozzle
-Cleaned the Heat block
-Cleaned Nozzle (Vanadium by Slice- Do they wear out? I have had for 2+ years)
-Re Printed fan shrouds (One was melted)
-Applied new thermal paste to heatsink/heatbreak + Cleaned Fan
-Factory Reset both of my MMU2S Units as well

One printer has been performing slightly better after the "clean up" but still exhibiting some of the same issues. I have not performed a PID calibration, that will be next. Are there any other suggestions?

What is the filament?  Pitting like this is sometimes a symptom of damp filament.

Cheerio,

it is a brand new roll of prusament ;/

I thought it could have been this - bit as soon as it pitted on prusament I made this post.

Did you dry the filament before printing?

You cannot assume  new = dry  as although it was packed dry when made you have no idea how long it has been in store or how it was treated in transit.

I had one of those and it strung really bad.  I had to pop it in the oven for a while to get it to print right.

Hum ok. I will try to dry the filament before use, and post results.
