trouble with the Calibrate XYZ function starts touches heated plate then errors out

Hello, I have been in the process of building my printer and during calibration ran into this problem

I have leveled the bed, double checked the height of the sensor, made sure nothing is blocking the X and Y Axis and have asked other and they have drawn a blank on the problem. any and all help is appreciated

Your extruder is assembled incorrectly from what I can see. The hotend is not in the right place - it is too low. It is a common error. This causes your Z height to be too short and thus fails the calibration.

See https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/5.+E-axis+assembly+(textile+sleeve)/822?lang=en for correct method. Pay close attention to step 17 on.
