Trouble with First Layer Calibration
I know there are some videos on the first layer calibration but none seem to have the issue I’m having.
when the First Layer Cal. Starts, the beginning of the line of PLA Fil. (Left Hand side of the plate) comes out just fine. I can get it to the almost perfect height, but then I noticed the right side of the place, the material was coming out almost completely flat... it’s almost as the Y Axis plate is not level. But when doing the XYZ Cal, it states everything is properly perpendicular and good to go.
Has anyone else ever experienced this issue ?
I have looked under the plate to make sure there wasn’t any loose debris or material hidden under there, it was completely clear.
when I get a chance I’ll upload an image of what I’m talking about but if any of you have an idea of what could be going wrong please help! I’m fairly new to printing and just got the printer together last week.
The first initial prints last week were perfectly fine, even got myself a mini Groot.
But when trying to print the Prusa gear bearing part, I noticed it would always catch on the right hand side of the part and figured it was my PINDA probe and I adjusted it and recalibrated it and ever since it won’t do right.

Yes I had the same problem where the right side of the bed was higher than the left and caused prints to fail. when I get home I'll knock up some instructions on what I did to correct the problem, I can't remember where the settings are but it's bed level correction.

First thing to do is download the files from here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3008633 . you should be able to use the gcode in the download or if you rather slice you own gcode from the stl file just make sure the layer height is set to 0.2 0 perimeters and 0-degree infill.
measuring calipers are useful so you can use the html file bed_level_correction.html from the zip folder.
before you print go into the menu on the printer Calibration->Bed Level Correction then adjust the right side as you said the left prints fine but the right is too flat. try setting it to +10, then do a print of the squares see how it looks if you are going to go by look and feel. if you have calipers then you can enter the settings used into current settings along with the thickness of the squares into bed_level_correction.html file and hit calculate recommend settings. you might need to do this a few times till you are happy with the squares.

You can also look into https://github.com/PrusaOwners/prusaowners/wiki/Bed_Leveling_without_Wave_Springs to dial in your bed. Once I started to understand things like Live Z (bought my printer pre-assembled so I didn't have to go through the initial setup) I found that the auto-leveling wasn't doing a good enough job. While the printer was down for my 3S/MMU upgrade I did the nyloc upgrade to the bed. It's time consuming and kind of fiddly, but now my bed variation is measured in hundredths of a mm rather than a full mm...

Just to update you all!!
I did the new Firmware (3.7) up from (3.5) and my problem is fixed now!!
a friend of mine told me my printer should have already had the 3.7 firmware due to my fiancée not ordering it until April some time and it was on back order (got for my birthday!) and when I mentioned the support system showed 3.5 he recommended I update it then try to recal it. And I did just that and it’s fixed !!
