the printer does not recognize the PINDA

my problem started after 21 days of printing, the first defect that it launched was that it started printing with some out of date layers, after that when trying to print again I got a message that explains that it cannot do the previous adjustment and the printing stops it was assumed that the fault came from the pinda which I already changed for a new one I already did everything that the instructions indicate based on this problem but I still cannot find a clear solution because the new pinda that I put in works but the machine keeps sending me this message...

bed leveling failed sensor didnt trigger. debris on nozzle?

please help me, i have two weeks without being able to do anything and I'm desperate since I haven't changed the pin and I can't find more solutions anywhere.

How do you know the Pinda is working?

Prusa I3 Mk2 kit upgraded to Mk2.5s, Ender3 with many mods, Prusa Mini kit with Bondtech heat break, Prusa I3 Mk3s+ kit

Good afternoon and thanks for replying.

I know it works because I already tried it with the instructions in the manual and indeed if I approach something metal the sensor recognizes it, and the red LED works, I tried to recalibrate it also as indicated in the manual but already at the time of leveling it sends me back The same message.

I already tried everything I found in the manual and in the forum, which is why I also feel desperate because I don't think it's something that complicated, but I don't know why I haven't gotten it to work.
