The nozzle "looses" Material

The Heatblock is covered in PLA Material that comes out somewhere above. I am having this problem for a long time and I already disassembled the hotend once and made sure every screw is tight enough. The Hotend is losing the material very slowly so you find material leftovers connected to your print all over it.

I would be happy if anyone knows a solution or had a similar problem, thanks in advance.

Is your ptfe tube definitely inserted correctly? If not, then filament could be escaping. Otherwise I'd check very carefully that the hotend is correctly assembled? Might be worth sharing a photo of the V6 hotend in side profile to see?

Looks like there is no gap between nozzle and heat block. So, most likely the heat break is assembled totally wrong.

There should be space, so you can press the nozzle to the heat break and not the heat block (look here).

I recommend this tool to finally tighten the nozzle.

And follow this guide:

HEX should not be in contact with heater block; properly installed, the nozzle torques against the heat break, which makes a pressure tight seal so plastic won't flow out the threads.

Also - it looks like your heater cartridge is not centered in the heater block; that can lead to other problems.
