After some printings, I have detected a noise at the X-Axis (I have prepared a video). May anybody how to solve this issue?
Thanks.

Power the printer off and slide the extruder both directs to the end.

If you notice any binding in the bearings, that could cause your noise. The extruder should move smoothly.

Possible fixes include pack the bearings with grease if you have not, loosen the bearing bracket screws a bit,

or wipe the rod with light oil (temporary fix). Don't forget the idler has bearings also.

Finally, after a lot of test, the problem was a the top bearings of the extruder. One of them is defective. In fact, they have scratch the rod. The support team is going to send me a new rod and two bearings.

@boltian

I would consider using other bearings. E.g. bronze plain bearings (maintenance-free) or higher quality linear bearings e.g. from SKF or Misumi with hardened linear shafts ..

Statt zu klagen, dass wir nicht alles haben, was wir wollen, sollten wir lieber dankbar sein, dass wir nicht alles bekommen, was wir verdienen.
