Strange over extrueded and under extrued areas

^^ This two picture were taken a month ago  ^^

^^ This two pictures were taken 1 month after the first two picures ^^

As you can see the four pictures looks almost identical, despite the fact that in the month beetween the first two pictures and the second two pictures I printed i lot of first layer calibrtion models to achive a better z offset, but even with the current z offset of -1.900 mm (the previous one was -1.778 mm) i get on the  benchy those weird under extruded and over extruded zone like the benchy printed 1 month ago. How I can resolve this issue?

Your first layer 'Z; calibration is not low enough, you need more squish.

The filament is damp.

Deal with these and show us the result.

Is this a new printer?  Kit or prebuilt?

I suspect your nozzle may be incorrectly fitted but the other issues mean I cannot be certain.

No it is not a new printer, I  have had it for a year. I assemble it myself.

Have you changed nozzle recently?

I never changed the nozzle because I don't have the right tool for unscrewing it and because i never needed to

OK.  Dry the filament and run a first layer 'Z' calibration.

If you are unsure show us the caibration *on the print sheet*.

How do I kown if the filament is dry or not?

The moisture cannot be measured directly on the filament without an expensive measuring device.

If the filament contains too much moisture, water steam is formed during the melting phase, which is clearly visible and audible. In addition, bed and layer adhesion decreases and unsightly bubbles are formed on the printed part.

If in doubt, a dehydrator will help.

Nothing like what you describe as ever happened to me. I also asked on reddit and a user replied saying that my print was not aligned correctly. So where is the issue?

Dry it, run a calibration and print.

So where is the issue?

If you don't like the answers don't ask the question.

Sorry I didn't mean to be offensive. I appreciate that someone took time to replay to me, but I am at a complete loss, at this point I don't know what to do, I don't have a dryier and frankly I also start thinking that this could be a slicer fault, I will try to re-slice the banchy. If this doesn't work i will try to dry the filament

Look up threads here about drying filament.  If you have an accurate *electric* oven you can dry filament in emergency but it's a very inefficient method.

I noticed that the printer has the tendency to distort lines

As you can see from the image, the border should follow the infill but sometimes the border appears to be distorted, why? This could be correlated with the over and under extrusion in some areas?
