STL file import to Prusa slicer too small
The importing of files into the slicing software has the drawing very small. If I use the scaling feature I loose control of the dimensions I want.
How can I import the dimensions I need?
RE: STL file import to Prusa slicer too small
these models are probably designed in imperial units (inches' not millimetres
try scaling up by 2540 %

I am seeing the same issue. When I scaled up the drawing 2540% it is much larger than the drawn part.
I'll redraw in mm and see if that fixes the problem.
RE: STL file import to Prusa slicer too small
If you’re making a file in inventor and it’s tiny when you put it in prusa slicer, go back to inventor, click export to cad file, select stl it before you finish saving click on options and select the units you used when you designed it.

If you used Inventor or Fusion360 I've always found that the file is 1/10 the size. In order to make the dimensions how you made it is to change the scale from 100 to 1000. This should fix your issue. I usually made items in inches or mm and I've found I had the same issue.
I made measurements with my digital caliper and found I had to simply add an extra 0 to the scale.

Also it should be noted that now you can simply choose to import your models into Prusa slicer 2.3 in Inches.
that has solved the 2540 issue I used to have with Autodesk products.
