Steel sheet selection option is gone from the printer's menu
HI,
Recently I ran into strange problem. Menu position for steel sheet selection is gone in my mk3s with MMu2S. I can set options for specific sheets in HW Setup, but option to select the specific sheet is not being displayed.
I tried a factory reset and forcing firmware update but it did not help. Does anyone have any clue what happened?

Do you only have a single sheet? I think it hides if that is the case.
It is most definitely still there for me (same setup, 3S/MMU2S), and I'm running the 3.9 RC.
Possibly worth noting it *did* get moved further up in the main menu, if you recently did a firmware update.

I have three sheets, so switching them got complicated with this option gone.
I re-flashed last official firmware (3.8.1), so it should be where it always been...
I will try flashing beta FW, maybe it will help...

Probably this is solved for the author but if someone encounters the same problem (like I myself did this morning)...
From the Prusa Help Database:
As soon as two or more profiles are configured (by the First Layer Calibration), you will be able to quick-toggle between them directly from the main menu.

The selection option disappeared on me too.
It was there when I had 3 sheets configured. Now I have 4, it is gone. Did anyone solve this issue?

For anyone coming to this post looking for a solution here's what worked for me:
For each sheet you want active you need to do a new first layer calibration. Go to settings > hw setup > steel sheets then click on the sheet and select first layer cal.
As soon as you have two sheets calibrated it will add the option to change sheets

I had to make factory reset to restore the option and then calibrate sheets again.
