slow connector power supply
Hi all, I have a problem with the power supply. the connector with the wire going to the wall is very loose. just touch it a minimum to make the printer turn off. the plug is not as solid as that of a pc. is yours too?

If you mean mk something the mine solid if you mean mini I don't have one but if still under warranty contact prusa support via live chat

If it's the power cable at fault then it's just a standard cable, try one from another appliance.
If it's the socket that is loose or damaged then contact Prusa Support: Log into your Eshop account, navigate to Help and live chat is at bottom right in most browsers. If not you may need to disable your ad-blocker temporarily.
