Slic3r PE Starts Prints at Layer 2

Hey, guys. I've had no problems with Slic3r up til now. Suddenly it sets all G-Codes to start at Layer 2, raising the entire print by one layer. Preview will show the print starting at Layer 1. But as soon as I export, Preview will revert to Layer 2 as the bottom layer. I've reinstalled and rebooted- no joy.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

Known issue ...
Supposedly fixed in one of the alphas going through beta testing.
