Slic3r PE - Change Filament - PETG

I'm con-fuddled at why when utilize PETG the printer stops after each layer and wants me to change the filament. I rechecked the settings in Slic3r to make sure it was not on multi colors or materials (those that I know to check). What am I missing?

Check the printer custom gcode for any remnant filament commands (especially if you have an mmu).

Also - try turning off the filament sensor from the lcd controls. The optical filament sensor has been known for doing odd things with some filaments.

ps: The laser based optical motion sensor "funniness" is why many of us are paying to 'upgrade' to the much less sophisticated IR sensor.

Thanks, turning off the sensor worked.
