Just posted an update to my S3D Slicer Settings package for the Mk3. It has core profiles for PLA and ColorFabb's nGen.

One of the significant changes in the nGen profile that I really think has helped avoid separation in the first several layers is a more gradual increase in fan speed. Rather than go from 0 to 60% at layer 4, the latest release now goes from zero to 10% at layer 3, then increase 10% each layer up to 50% at layer 7.

A noticeable improvement in my last 10 prints with this approach. I am planning on implementing that in profiles for other materials ...
