Seized embedded hex screw

hello, all. 

Because the hot end/heat brake teflon tube is too short and not “notched” or saddle cut the way it should be, TPU binds up. 

The only way to clear the jam is to disassemble the extruder. Done that about 20 times. 

Well, finally one of the nuts cross threaded (buried, I can’t hold it to guide!) or seized (stainless fasteners seize. News flash) so now I *can’t* disassemble the extruder. 

I will have to use a soldering iron to melt away or dremel to remove enough material to access the nut. Then I’m screwed, as I have ruined the part, and have no printer to replace it with. 

I would like to personally thank the *moron* who:

a) decided on hex nuts instead of square

b) routed all the wires between the guide rods. So stupid. Maximizes the disassembly required to fix things. 

C) buried the nuts in the first place. 

Any ideas for how else to fix this?

Since you've determined the part is already shot, you might try wicking some superglue down the rabbit hole to catch the nut. See if it has enough purchase to allow you to remove the screw.  Second thought is to drill the screw head out or Dremel cut the screw at the nut end; that might allow disassembly.
