Right z axis sticks only on 2nd M600
I am trying to print 3 color key caps with a color change at specific layers. I can print them 1 cap at a time, but this keeps happening when I try and print a batch of 10. The first M600 gets called with no problem. When the second M600 gets called the right z axis sticks and causes the x gantry to become misaligned. The resumed print crashes into the part and the printer fails with an x axis crash.
I have Misumi bearings. I just went through this process to check, clean, and re-grease them all. I also removed, cleaned, and inspected the black nuts for that go on the z axis threaded rods (I did not grease them). They spin freely with no binding all the way up and down the threaded rods. All my tests pass. Nothing sticks when I move it myself.
I'm using a 0.4 nozzle and tried slicing at both 0.2 and 0.1. I've tried printing them all over the bed - up front like in the video, in the back, close together in the middle. I'm running firmware 3.12.2, and using Octoprint to send the gcode.
What else am I missing here? What would cause this?

I'd say motor swap x and y motor around see if it still does it
Please help me out by downloading a model it's free and easy but really helps me out https://www.printables.com/@Hello_474427/models
It's hard to see from your video - check your trapezoid nuts are correctly fitted, see:

In case something went out of line when you greased the bearings run an XYZ calibration:

Your leadscrews are very clean - how have you kept them gleaming? I wonder if you have been overzealous and are preventing the self lubrication from working correctly.
Cheerio,

Cheerio,
I think you might have hit on it with the trapezoid nut. That side's nut had some play on the leadscrew. I've ordered a new one (actually a couple) and will give that a try.
LOL on the clean leadscrews - they are that clean because I just cleaned them with a brass brush all over as one of the things to troubleshoot this problem. It took me quite some time to get them that clean. 😀
