Revo hotend "Thermal Anomaly" while running the Revo version of firmware on MK3S

So I upgraded my machine with the revo version of the firmware awhile back (shortly after it was released) but I am now getting thermal anomaly errors, sometimes it just beeps and keeps printing (beeping every so often) but sometimes it stops the print. I did the PID tune and all seemed OK and it was working fine until a few days ago.

I heated it up and wiggled the wires from the heater core all the way back to the electronics box (in case of a bad connection) but I saw no fluctuation of the temperature reading at all. I use Octoprint and except for tiny fluctuations (just super tiny ripples) I see no issues during printing either.

I am at a loss now. I need it working as I earn money with this machine.

Any ideas?

Firmware version 3.13.0-6873

Has the ambient temperature in your workshop, changed recently?
It's become very cold, in the UK where I live.

this change in temperature may affect thermal performance...

I live in Southern California USA and while it has gotten cooler it's not by much, it's normally around 25c here and now it's about 20c inside. I did just last night update to the latest Revo firmware 3.13.2 and did 1-2 hour print and it did not give me the error, not conclusive at only 2 hours but looking better. Fingers crossed.

If the problem persists, I would downgrade the firmware to 3.11.x (without new thermal model).

Alternatively, you can try deactivating the thermomodel: M310 S0

I was thinking of downgrading if I can't sort this out. Didn't know I could disable the thermo model though.
