Repeating Filament jam...
Morning,
So, I have been having a reoccurring filament jam when printing. I get clean first layer calibrations and as long as I am printing fairly simple flat objects I don't really have an issue. But when I print anything detailed, every few prints I get jams. The base layers will print just fine then the extruder will start clicking and I have to stop the print and unload the filament. When I do the Filament looks like this. Using Prusament PLA.
Sometimes I get lucky and can remove the Filament without it breaking, then I can reload and continue if I catch it early enough. Other times it breaks and then it's not so easy. After removing everything I get good extrusion (Straight flows) and good first layer calibrations. So, I'm thinking this is something I am doing, or a setting I have changed and not caught. Anyone seen something like this?
Thanks in advance,'
Tim D.

Looks chewed up by the extruder. You can try loosening the idler screw. I would also check my retraction settings and revert to default if you have changed them.
