Relatively new i3 squeaking
I've had this printer for 2 months now and it's been working flawlessly and then all of a sudden today I am hearing this super high pitched squeaking sound during printing.
I went into OctoPrint and moved the X,Y, and Z around and didn't hear the sound so I'm not sure what could be causing it. I did see a few posts about the extruder making this sound but is there anything I can do to make it stop? It's like nails on a chalk board kind of pitch constantly.
RE: Relatively new i3 squeaking
Update: I was getting crash detected a lot on a test print I started up. I looked at the part that connects the bed belt (Y) to the stepper motor and noticed it was rubbing against the stepper. I pulled it out some so it's no longer directly against it and I am starting another print. The weird thing is I did a print just before this without any sounds.
