RE: Reboot / FW Crash detected on print start

No clue what the configuration value is... the files in my config folder have no true identifying marks other than the last modified date codes.  But rolling back to what I had been using and no more funny firmware crashes.

Tried doing a side by side compare and there are way too many changes, no clue what it was that broke things.

Mine are:

PrusaResearch.idx 05/14/2023 16kb (last time I tweaked my local PLA profile)

PrusaResearch.ini 09/06/2022 367kb (last time I had updated configs).

I had to pull them from a backup. Using the Config updater with all the new printers broke things.

RE:

Hey guys. I just got the FW crash detected message come on after a “beep” from my i3 MK3S. This happened when I selected a newly added gcode from my SD card to begin printing.

The problem has been solved by deleting everything on my SD card after backing it up. The printer is reading the card way faster and I’ve just started the same print that failed.

hope this helps.

Problem solved.

Wrong formatted sd card .

32GB fat32 formatted, but Shows only 256MB. I used other formatting  Software and everything ok.

The Problem appears online at high MB-files , 74MB

RE: Reboot / FW Crash detected on print start

So I just had this happen to me tonight. I upgraded the firmware to 3.14 and didn't fix it. So I tried one of my old programs I had run before and crash didn't happen.  So I decided to change the amount of parts I was printing to make it a small program and that fixed the FW crash for me. My suggestion is to make the program smaller and it may fix your problem as it fixed mine.
