Random failed prints

Hi guys and gals, I've been experiencing a weird problems for a couple of months now. At first, I was blaming filament quality as I am using what is available on amazon near me. The problem is this, randomly I will get a blocked nozzle and I will hear the gears stripping on the filament. When I remove it, everything is good and I can reinsert it and go for a while before the nozzle gets blocked again. I've check pronterface and the temp is stable for the nozzle and for the bed. I don't have errors of any sorts. I've rebuilt my extruder with a new nozzle and a new all metal throat. I've also checked the bondtech gear and I found a bad bearing that was replaced 2 weeks ago. I checked the temp on the extruder motor and it's perfectly reasonable, as is the resistance of both phases at 6.5 ohms each.

At this point I am getting out of ideas... Anyone have experienced this before?

As a side note, I have ordered a new extruder motor and wires but I am still waiting on them to get here.
