Putting fill in between top layers?

I've got a print with three levels, on the top and bottom level the 7 top solid layers are being sliced correctly, but the middle level is 4 layers solid, 2 layers infil, top layer solid. Obviously this isn't going to work, just wondering why it decided to do it or how I can make it... not to it 😛 No issue with simplify, I just want to use Slic3r exclusively.

No ones seen this before? Should I report it on github, or is there a prusa version specific forum to report it on?

Re: Putting fill in between top layers?

If you set 7 top solid layers then it should slice 7 solid layers at all tops, the only reason to only do 4 would be a low thickness, but i think is not your case on that massive object. Maybe slic3r is too smart and want to spare you some filament 😆
You can also share your stl to reproduce your problem
