PrusaSlicer: Vase mode keeps wiping on z-change. Really stumped. (Pictures/GCODE inside)

I'm really stumped. I'm trying to print hollow tubes in vase mode (lightsaber project), and I've even gotten some to work, but after printing non-vases I can't seem to get vase mode to work again.

The problem is that on every z-change the printer keeps wiping to the near-right corner. This effectively is creating a seam in the vase, which effectively defeats the point of vase mode.

I've tried resetting all settings and then just enabling vase mode. This doesn't work.

I'm at a loss. Really confused as to what happened, given that these vases were printing just fine until I had to print something else (a non-vase).

I'm still learning how to read GCODE, but this is what I'm seeing on layer changes:

A CTRL-F on the word "wipe" only points to commented-out code towards the bottom. However, the G92 E0.0 and G1 Z91.200 F10800.000 (before/after "layer change") are curious- is this what is causing the head to wipe?

If so, what setting in PrusaSlicer is causing this? Any help/advice would be appreciated.

The problem was Octolapse. I forgot I had enabled it, and it was overriding the behavior of the printer. Total goof on my part. Lesson learned.

Here's the .3mf file, if that helps: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ih8u5m9al4k2awa/bad_vase.3mf?dl=0

Also, I tried the same in Cura, and it seems to be printing fine.
