PrusaSlicer 2.0 and AMF files
I thought that amf files were supposed to bring all the bodies in them into the same shared origin, but when I import them all the separate bodies are forced down onto the plate. The older versions of slcr PE did not do this.
The only workaround I see is to go to one of the bodies in the tree and right click onto it's settings icon and re-add the original amf file to it under "Add part". Then you have to delete all the original bodies. I consider this a big interface problem.
RE: PrusaSlicer 2.0 and AMF files
If you can capture some screenshots and detail, it would be helpful to post an issue to Prusa's PS github page to make it official.

I believe your issue has been fixed on the master, it will be part of the next release.

RE: PrusaSlicer 2.0 and AMF files
There is a regression bug in PrusaSlicer 2.0 compared to the Slic3r PE 1.41.3, where the AMF is always considered to be a project file even if it has not been exported as such. This bug will be fixed in the upcoming PrusaSlicer 2.1.
