Prusai3 Mk3 z calibration failed

I have an issue when I set up the automatic z-calibration axis. It is fine when both of the steppers go all the way up, but when it goes down to do the 9 point test it does not go beyond the point 1.

It says:

Calibration failed!

Check the axes and run again.

The real problem is that if I print one of the files that starts with the nine point calibration, the test is working fine, but if I make the calibration through the display, it does not work. Apparently, when I did the z calibration, the sensor was working, but failed to continue the test.

I raised the bed because I am using another heated platform, so I am guessing that it has something to do with the firmware of the printer itself

We had worked with the PEI spring steel surface for a while, but we are looking forward to print on a glass bed for better results with Peek. Also we are currently working on ambient temperatures of 250°C, so we figure it out that the glass bed have better results at the first layer. We had modify the firmware to adjust geometry changes in the past, but for an unknown reason, we can`t find out why this error is happening.
