Prusa slicer settings
Hello,
i'm a complete newbie and I guess I'm just too stupid.
When I try to slice a Cessna myself (Cura and Prusa Slicer) to strengthen the outer wall, I always get the same result. Outer wall with 3 lines (I would like to, 2 probably do too), cover on top and bottom (I don't want to) and no inner contours (but I need).
Can someone explain to me where my mistake is?
MfG, Stefan
RE: Prusa slicer settings
Save the project from slicer as a .3mf file. zip the file then post it here. It will enable us to diagnose the problem.

There are several long threads on that same set of models being a RPA to print. Super thin walls - go read those other threads.

Thank you for your prompt reply!
Here is the file:

On first pass - that model is a bit less than friendly. Are you sure it was designed for 3d printing? Did you scale it before or after bringing it into Slicer?
RE: Prusa slicer settings
That's an iffy object. The internal structure is thinner than your default extrusion width and cannot be printed with the standard nozzle. The walls are so thin that it's going to be extremely fragile and a very tricky print... and the geometry is questionable - so it slices as a sort of complex log.
Do you have access to the source codes?

All of the interior panels don't seem connected to anything - they simply float in space. I'm not sure why Slicer isn't complaining about the errors. Worse, not sure why Slicer isn't treating them as individual objects. Unless they are simple geometric planes without thickness.
