Prusa i3 MK3S suddenly starts to "rattle"

Hello

I'm a long time i3 MK3s user and i could solve all issues by now. Now i have an issue and i have no idea.

I start a print and the printer starts the skirt. E.g. a test surface of 100 x 100 x 0,2. The print is placed in the middle of the bed.

Often but not every time if the print head is in the upper left corner of the skirt and the bed should now drive backwards, the printer starts to rattle and it seems the y-axes is blocked.

I immediately switch off the printer and restart. Now i go the menu to control the axes. But if i move the y axes all id fine. No blocked bed or motor.

I have checked the screws for the bearing and the bearing itself. The bed is stable and not loose. A few months ago i have changed the bearings and cleaned the printer and put some oils to the rails. If i move the bed up and down by hand the bed slides smooth without scratching or blocking. The belt value is in the optimum range.

All seems fine. Now i get the rattle sound. I have no clue what i still can try. Any ideas?
