I'm not sure if I ask in the right place but from where can I buy a PTFE tube and a magnetic print bed for Prusa I3 MK3S?

You must register your printer at https://shop.prusa3d.com/ . Write to them your serial number. Then you will have acces to spare parts menu in shop.

There are also a variety of PTFE tube suppliers, possibly more convenient and cheaper than Prusa.
Best source is a 3D printer supplier. Tolerance, centered bore - and interior dimension are critical.
Cutting your own - with good ptfe - is trivial.
