"Prusa i3 MK3 ok." error message?

On a stock I3 MK3, when I crank up the print speed to 200% using the real-time tuning, the printhead intermittently comes to a complete halt, displays the message "Prusa i3 MK3 ok." on the LCD, then resumes and the message disappears.  What's causing this?  It's slowing down the effective print speed.

I'm guessing that maybe the MCU isn't fast enough to keep up with the demands of the faster speed?

I don't think this is an error.

Why is it coming to a halt in the first place?

Because it has rebooted.

Because it has rebooted.

Oh!  Well that can't be good.  And what would cause *that* in this scenario?
