Pronterface XYZ calibration data interpretation - -XYZ calibration fail
Can someone explain or point me to an article on how to interpret Pronterface recorded data from MK3S XYZ calibration? I have been getting continual XYZ cal failures. I've checked assembly over and over, replaced rods & bearings, tested PINDA probe, checked cables, reset XYZ calibration. Tech support just kept saying the bed is not level so I resorted to shimming under the spacers to get the bed as level as I could. Print bed profile after automatic bed levelling shows .15166 difference from highest to lowest. XYZ Calibration fail - RTFM is not helpful. It seems with all the info Pronterface gathers during this process should be helpful? I would like to learn more if someone could point me in the right direction.
RE: Pronterface XYZ calibration data interpretation - -XYZ calibration fail
I'm having the same issue with calibration. Self test confirms all is well, but it fails when it attempts to perform an XYZ calibration. My Pinda doesn't end up in the circle after doing Auto Home. I was able to use Pronterface to center the Pinda perfectly. However I'm a newbee to Pronterface and don't know how or even if I can get it to save those settings to then be able perform a successful XYZ calibration. If I find out I'll update this post!
