Hi, I have an MK3S which weapon has a couple of weeks, I was doing the best, now after finishing an impression,
I print a new file and it tells me shock detected, I check and I have a problem in the X axis that I don't know
how to solve , if I move it with the hand to the left it moves fluid but for the right it costs to move it,
when it does the test it tells me the error of length of the X axis, and when I start to calibrate the first
capacity it is like when the X axis wants to go towards the right will jump steps, listen to the vibration as
if the engine revolved. What can be?

RE: problemas con eje X

X bearings can be too tight for several reasons;

1) lack of grease in the bearings;  grease the bearings.

2) the extruder housing being too tight;  loosen the screws that clamp the extruder and bearings together a small amount.

yes but the machine was working well and for one side it moves perfectly (for the left)
but for the right it is difficult to move (when it makes fast movements)

RE: problemas con eje X

Check for twist in the X rods; and that rod spacing is consistent left to right.  The rods can be bent during assembly, so checking them is important.

Also - the lubrication problem shows up after a few weeks of use.  The bearing are packed in a light shipping oil that evaporates over time; about two to four weeks.  Once the shipping oil is gone, the bearings begin to seize.
