Problem with 9 Point Bed Leveling

I have a problem with the Z calibration. Almost every print start during the Z calibration of the 9 points results in a Z axis error.
The printer will then recalibrate and the 9 point measurements will start again. It happens up to 3 times that I have to recalibrate the z axis.
Obviously there are no mistakes in the assembly. Can it be due to the PINDA sensor?

Do check the obvious like making sure the nozzle is clean, and that there's nothing under the flex steel sheet. I started getting errors and was frustrated until I realized there was a bit of crud stuck on the magnetic heat bed.
