Problem when printing pla

best regards
A few months ago I bought a prusa i3 mk3 kit, I printed everything very well, but it took a few weeks when I was unable to print in pla, as you can see in the photos I sent, when there are many retractions jams,
-I have cleaned the entire duct with cleaning pla
- my firmware version is 3.2.1
- the bondtech gear is greased with lithium grease very carefully
- the screws with damping are tight as the manual says
--The temperature of the extruder motor is about 55º
I have no idea what else I can do, I hope you can give me some solution, if you need any photo or explanation do not hesitate to contact me, thank you very much 🙁

whoa, looks like its either being squished or stretched in the z direction (hard to tell which).
I would double check all the setscrews on your drive pulleys and belt tension. If the trap nuts are too tight on the leadscrews it can bind up there as well.

Re: Problem when printing pla

I have tried everything, squeezing, loosening, all kinds of filament, I have changed the nozzle, but nothing when it reaches a point where there are many retractions fails and stops extrude, it is very boring with my printer

Re: Problem when printing pla

Miguel,
Can you try to manually turn both Z leadscrews (with the printer powered off) to manually move up the X axis gantry up to the point where this skipping occurs? See if there is obvious binding around that area.

Possible culprits:
* One or both lead screws have debris near that location and are causing the binding. This debris could be very small and be stuck in between the threads and not all that obvious to see.
* One or both lead screws are loose and this height is where binding occurs because they are being pushed out spec. Sounds like you may have already looked into this.

Do keep us informed of your findings.

Re: Problem when printing pla

It might be the heatbreak. A few weeks ago I tried to print a Benchy in Silver Prusa PLA to compare with my first print and it failed with misfeeding and clicks at the level yours is staring to fail. I have since fitted E3D's titanium heatbreak and it now prints. The stock heatbreak supplied with the MK3 is not really strong enough for the speeds and extruder pressures the MK3 runs at and the thin walls in the actual heatbreak portion bow outwards slightly. As a side effect this also makes unloading filament harder than it should be.

Regards,
Martin

Re: Problem when printing pla

thank you all for the help
I got to do several benchy well, then I decided to do something big
but failed
I have looked at the Z axis and I do not see anything abnormal, it seems to me that it is well greased and goes very smooth,
it's not a gcode problem, it's proven
It is all extrusion problem, it is something random
I have no way of foreseeing when it's going to happen 😥

I just have to try the E3D's titanium heatbreak

I have the RPI zero w, is it possible that it is a failure of the RPI?

Miguel, can you attempt to re-print your big project directly from the SD card with the Pi Zero completely disconnected? There are numerous verified reports that with Octo-print and the Zero in the mix cause unexpected interrupts in the Einsy thus causing layer shifts.

I am intrigued as to the cause of the severity of the shifts here, they are definitely more than 1-2 layers.

Re: Problem when printing pla

Hey Miguel!
I am having the same problem with a dremel 3d45 printer and prusa PLA. Geeetech and Dremel PLA works perfectly fine but the Prusa PLA always got stuck in the nozzle. This happens randomly sooner or later at almost every print I tried.

Maybe a bad patch of PLA?
