printer won't heat anymore
hi!
so, i was having a regular printing day and suddenly I heard a beep, a long beep. had the thermal runaway error. So looked it up, checked the wiring and found a very tear resistor cable (the one that goes to the hotend). so I replacedit, didint work. swaped the whole hotend and started the leveling process with success, midway the printing the very same beep occurred, checked and was the thermal runaway again. let it cool off and ckecked once again voltages of the power suply was ok, wiring is all good but for some reason it even stoped heating (bed included) at all. So in at the time a firmware upgrade sounded good...didn´t worked.
don´t realy know what to test nex, help is apreciated!

Did you run the thermal calibration? This needs to be done to get the correct numbers for the software.

I don't know if before the firm update had to be done (didn´t had it configured or was not present on my firmware). Could that be? and after the firmware the extruder moves towards the center of the plate but now the beep is immediate, I'm trying to change the thermal paste to some better brand just to discard if the readings of the sensor are beeing missread.

Got the block, thermistor and resistance all with thermal paste. this time the printer was off for a while. one I did the thermal calibration on 3.13.1 the printer i believed finish successfully. but wont heat up afterwards. So I did a firmware downgrade got it to preheat just fine (just the nossil) when i tried to print the bed level test didn´t heat anything and a few secs later i get the Thermal anomaly error now.
