Printer starts never ending loud beep on power on

My printer has worked well for years with no problems.
It completed  24 hour print and was fine.
When I started my next print via Octoprint it just started this long never ending screech beep until I powered it off.
Now when I power it on, it shows the i3 FW 3.14 banner starts to init and then screams again.
I've left it powered off over night and disconnected it from the pi.  I still get the same behavior.

Here's the trace from the failed print in case that matters.  I did also make sure the heat bed connections were good.
