Printer resets when loading file from SD card
Hello all,
This is my first post so be gentle. I've got an issue where out of the blue, my printer has started to reset once I select the file to print from my SD card. This started happening without any changes to my printer (no mods, no adjustments, wasn't moved or even turned on after my last full print). I started the printer up as usual and after grabbing the .3mf file off of the Prusa website ( https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/30885-inbusallen-key-holder-for-prusa-i3-mk3s/files ), I sliced the file in Prusaslicer, exported to the SD card, ejected the SD card and then inserted into my printer. SD card was read properly, selected my file once it appeared, and then after a 3 second pause, my printer just rebooted.
This continued to happen even after trying to reload the file on the SD card, formatting the SD card, trying a different SD card and then even trying an old file I printed a while ago. I'm going to try a factory reset, but I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue.

Just an update. I just did a factory reset and that didn't seem to fix the issue.

The SD card slot can fail. I had similar problems, but typically the card wouldn't be recognized. Log into the online store and contact support via chat. They will work you through some tests and send replacement parts if everything is under warranty. The good news is that full replacement panel is only something like $25 even if you are out of warranty.

Seems there is an issue in the g-code for the parts I tried printing. Slicer might have been acting up somehow as the problem has resolved itself. Might have been due to incorrect printer selected.

I had a similar issue like OP with my new mk3s+ with firmware 3.9.x, updating to 3.10.0 fixed the issue for me.
